Hydraulic Projects (Int) Ltd. (HPI) is a 100% privately owned hydraulic engineering company with over 26 years experience in the hydraulic industry and is accredited with ISO 9001-2008.

Industrial

HPI specialises in industrial and marine hydraulic systems offering consultancy, fault finding, maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems, components, pumps, valves, cylinders and motors.

Marine

HPI also specialises in the supply and maintenance of marine steering gear, bow thrusters, azipods, cranes, winches, automatic quick release systems, blackout systems and deck equipment.

Laboratory

HPI also offers oil analysis via laser particle counting to ISO 4406-1999 for predictive and preventative maintenance thus ensuring the systems/components longevity, thereby reducing overall downtime and expense.

Flushing

HPI have purchased and manufactured our own specialist hot oil pulsation and test rigs to again ensure that work is undertaken to the highest of standards and reliability.

Workshop

Workshop facilities include machining, grinding, re-chroming, pump/motor cylinder and component repair.

On Site

HPI operates a 20’ ISO containerised workshop for longer term projects.  This facility is designed to be transported quickly and efficiently anywhere within the UK or across the world.
